How to claim
Twitch Drops

1 · Link your accounts first

Every publisher has its own linking page (we link them on each campaign page). Progress made before linking is lost on most campaigns — link before you watch.

2 · Watch a Drops-enabled channel

Only channels with the campaign's game and "Drops Enabled" count. Every campaign page here lists eligible channels live, sorted by viewers.

3 · Claim from your Drops Inventory

Progress does not auto-claim on Twitch. Open the Drops Inventory page, hit claim, and do it before the campaign end date — unclaimed progress expires with the campaign.

4 · Check the game, not just Twitch

Most rewards deliver on next game login. Some publishers batch delivery hourly. If it's been longer, see the troubleshooting guide.

Common questions

Do drops claim automatically?

No — on Twitch you must claim each reward manually from the Drops Inventory. Our tracker's "claim now" list exists precisely because people forget this step.

Does muting the stream stop progress?

Muting is fine. Closing the tab, or watching in a background tab that gets discarded, stops progress on most browsers.

Do I have to watch one channel the whole time?

No. Progress follows the campaign, not the channel — you can switch between eligible channels freely.
